The Boys Soccer team kept pace for the GCC Championship by defeating Mentor HS 2-1 on the road last week. Silas Jensen and Manny Zarders found the back of the net, while junior goalie Caleb Federman turned the Cardinals away in the net. The Raiders then traveled to take on Twinsburg HS, the top-ranked team in the state, where the Raiders dropped a 2-1 heart-breaker while keeping pace with the Tigers each step of the way. Silas Jensen netted the lone goal for the Raiders in the loss to cap off a strong week for the junior midfielder. The Boys Soccer team continues its busy week with key games against AOA, Lorain, and St. Ed's. Keep up the great work, Boys Soccer.
